If you are experiencing any flu/cold/allergy-like symptoms, or have been around someone who has, please do not schedule an appointment at this time.
For your safety and our other guest's wellbeing, we will ask you to reschedule if we see any symptoms.
-All guests will be required to wear a mask before they enter the shop and for the entirety of their service.
-Please do not bring any drinks, snacks, etc. to your appointment. I will ask you to leave them in your vehicle if they are brought inside.
-One guest at a time will be allowed in the shop. Please do not bring any extra guests.
-Please wash your hands before you enter the shop.
-I will be screening guest's temperature with a non contact thermometer.
All guests, new and returning, are required to secure all appointments with a credit card or a deposit. Deposits will then be used toward your total appointment fee.
The salon understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. This will allow other guests to book an appointment during this vacant time slot.
*Appointments cancelled after 24 hours will be charged a late cancellation fee of 75% for serviced booked.
*No-Show's will be charged the 100% for services booked.
Your time is very important to me. When it is your appointment, it is YOUR own personal time that has been set aside just for you! I have a grace period of 15 minutes just in case you are running behind.
Anything after that has to potential to run into the next guest's time.
If you are late beyond 20 minutes, you will be charged a $15 late fee, if I am able to still perform your service. If I am unable to complete your service, your appointment will need to be cancelled and you will then be charged the late cancellation fee charge of 75% of your scheduled service.
Starting age is at least 10 years old. Children must be able to sit peacefully and follow directions for the duration of the service. If you child is unable to go through with the service, the appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the late cancellation fee of 75% of your scheduled service.
With everything going on with the Covid-19 situation, we ask that you do not bring any guests to your appointment. This includes significant others, children, family members and friends. Only one guest at a time will be allowed in the salon.
There are no refunds on payments for services received in the salon, products, fees assessed for violation of our policies, or any deposits. If you are unsatisfied with a service and notify me within 5 days, we will make an effort to find a solution to achieve your specific needs.
