If you are experiencing any flu/cold/allergy-like symptoms, or have been around someone who has, please do not schedule an appointment at this time.
For your safety and our other guest's wellbeing, we will ask you to reschedule if we see any symptoms.
-All guests will be required to wear a mask before they enter the shop and for the entirety of their service.
-Please do not bring any drinks, snacks, etc. to your appointment. I will ask you to leave them in your vehicle if they are brought inside.
-One guest at a time will be allowed in the shop. Please do not bring any extra guests.
-Hand sanitizer will be given to you before you can enter the shop.
All guests, new and returning, are required to secure all appointments with a credit card or a deposit. Deposits will then be used toward your total appointment fee.
In the event that we need to return your deposit, a chargeback fee will be deducted from it for the cost inferred every time a deposit is made and then returned.
The salon understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. This will allow other guests to book an appointment during this vacant time slot.
*Appointments cancelled after 24 hours, or those who chose not to show up to their appointment, will forfeit their deposit. No exceptions.
Your time is very important to me. When it is your appointment, it is YOUR own personal time that has been set aside just for you! I have a grace period of 15 minutes just in case you are running behind.
Anything after that has to potential to run into the next guest's time.
If you arrive 15 to 20 minutes after your scheduled appointment time and we are unable to perform your service, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and you will forfeit your deposit.
Starting age is at least 10 years old. Children must be able to sit peacefully and follow directions for the duration of the service. If you child is unable to go through with the service, the appointment will be cancelled and you will then forfeit your deposit.
We ask that you do not bring any guests to your appointment. This includes significant others, children, family members and friends. Only one guest at a time will be allowed in the salon.
There are no refunds on payments for services received in the salon, products, or fees assessed for violation of our policies.
We will not be responding to any messages regarding business at this time.
